I haven't tried too many products of this nature, but this stuff works for me. This is my second bottle. If you take two a day with lots of water, you should see results within three days. If you avoid squeezing one out the effects are more dramatic.
Everyones body is different though, but this worked for me personally.

Definitely works as advertised, but make sure you pinch your nose as you swallow with water, because the taste is abhorrent.
Also, if you're trying to increase your "volume", be sure to pair this with VB's "Load Boost", NOW Brand's L-OptiZinc (30mg), and Sports Research's Alaskan Omega-3 Fish Oil, and stick with it everyday for at least three months; I have the worst metabolism, as that's when my "volume" saw a major boost.
